Living with Type 1 Diabetes

We are the parents of a four yearold boy who has been living with type 1 diabetes since he was two. In our family, diabetes has been present for 18 years — his uncle was diagnosed at the age of 21.

We want to connect with parents, adults, and everyone who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, to share our everyday life, experiences, challenges, and support. We believe that through community and sharing, we can turn uncertainty into strength, empower one another and show that life with diabetes can be full and strong.
